Change download speed for nexus mod manager

whenever i try to download NMM either via the program itself or via the nexus sites the download is very very slow. like 1 kb. via the site it says the download will be finished in an hour. but this is weird as all the other downloads on the nexus sites work properly and are very fast.

I bought new PC and tried to download lol my internet speed is great,and download speed is 7.30Mbps but when i download league it is only 190Kbps.
